I’m willing to bet there’s no question that’s more fun to try answering than: where should I travel to next?
It’s exciting to think about. It means you’re blessed with the ability and opportunity to go somewhere. It means there’s adventure ahead.
The only downside—if there could actually be a downside in this beautiful scenario—is not knowing where to go! Maybe it’s that there are too many places on your bucket list (if there could actually be too many places on a bucket list) or you don’t feel like doing all the research required to come up with something.
Wouldn’t it be great if there was a travel genie of sorts that you could give your greatest wishes to and in return they pick a place that’s kind of perfect for you?
Well that genie is the Washington Post. And in exchange for answers to five questions about your travel self, they’re dishing up suggestions so spot on you’ll think they might really be magic.
I tried it and they nailed it. They gave me beaches upon beaches all over the world where I’d happily frolic in bathing suits and beach hats all the days of my life. They want me to look for the largest coconut in the Seychelles, and find a secret garden in the Bahamas and head right back to Tobago, my home sweet island in the Caribbean. I’d say the WaPo travel genie has me pegged.
Check out the quiz. In five short questions, your whole summer could look like a totally different place.
